What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay, Venmo, Apple Pay (on Apple devices) and PayPal.
Shipping Costs
Domestic Delivery costs includes 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rica are included in the International Delivery pricing.
Shipping charges are shown on the checkout before payment. All prices listed are excluding State/County Tax, these may apply in addition to the initial basket total and will be displayed before the end of the checkout process.
Domestic Delivery Charges:
- Standard Delivery Charges: Flat rate of $7.99.
- Free shipping over $50.
Optional expedited methods may be listed on checkout.
International Shipping Charges:
- There is no flat fee or free shipping outside of the domestic group of states, international shipping is calculated on checkout based on the destination country
- Taxation at this time is not included in the checkout for export customers, you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes.
Can I Cancel my Order?
Yes, providing your order has not been fulfilled we can attempt to cancel your order, if it has already been dispatched this would not be possible and a refund would need to happen.

I have not received my order yet?
Dispatch can take up 1 - 2 working days. Once shipped you will receive tracking information by email. If your order has taken more than 5 working days please check your tracking details to check the status and feel free to contact us, we are happy to help! In some cases, the tracking shows delivered when it has not, please then give it 1-2 days before contacting us as there are many cases where the package has been marked delivered earlier than it actually has. We do ask that you check any back door areas or with a trusted neighbor as packages are often left in these places.
If you are worried that your order has been lost in the post or has not been sent then please email us.
I have been shipped the wrong item - what should I do?
We apologize for the error.
Please contact us ASAP with your order information and what item/s you are waiting to receive so we can arrange for the correct item to be sent out immediately to you.
If we are unable to send out the missing item/s, we will inform you and arrange a refund to your account.
How do I return my order?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I Forgot my Password / Username, Can You Help?
If you are not using the social login and have used your email address to create an account, simply visit https://littlebirdiecrafts.com/account/login and click reset password on the login screen. Instructions on how to reset your details will be sent to that email address. If you still have issues, please contact us.
If you have not yet set your password please check your emails for an authorization link to create your password. If you cannot reset your password it is this maybe why. Please contact us if you cannot find the account authorization email.
